Beautiful antique pair of salt cellars created at the Tiffany & Co. in New York city, back in the 1921. This model was crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with high polished finish. made under the directory presidency of John C. Moore during the art deco period, between 1907-1947. The cellars were designed with classical George III styles, based in the original designs made in London by Dorothy Mills in 1755. As with all Tiffany pieces, the quality and design are beyond compared. Exceptional and rare example of Tiffany's finest work.
Components: Two salt cellars and two salt spoons.
Weight: 190.95 Grams, (122.45 Dwt).
Measurements: 76 mm by 76 mm by 33 mm (3 x 3 x 1.30 Inches).
Hallmarks: They are each stamped with the maker's mark, the silver assay mark, the order number, the inventory reference, the letter M for John C. This extremely rare Ronson Deluxe Classic Touch-Tip lighter was made in 1938 by the Ronson Art Metal Works Inc. located in Newark, New Jersey in the United States. This lighter began a very successful era for Ronson Touch Tip series of lighters which pushed out the strike lighters from the market. This fabulous Art Deco / Machine Age design, was crafted with streamline patterns. Solid construction in polished chrome and the metal body is treated with brown faux tortoise lacquer and the lighter base is padded with green felt. This surely is a very decorative piece and a great conversation item in gorgeous and exceptional preserved and almost near mint condition with the original cardboard box included.

This is a very rare gas pocket-lighter, created in France for the Alfred Dunhill Company in Paris, back in the 1952. This semi-automatic lighter is the iconic and popular Aldunil model, crafted with art deco patterns in solid .800/.999 sterling silver with 18 karats rose-gold vermeil. All finished with high polish and substantial weight. This very early Aldunil Dunhill lighter is highly collectible and is decorated with diagonal undulates ribbed lines.

He inherited his father’s London saddlery in 1893. Following the increase in motor car ownership, Alfred developed the business to include motoring accessories, which he called ‘Dunhill’s Motorities’. This included goggles, timepieces, picnic sets, and leather coats, and it wasn’t long before the brand became associated with men’s general motoring attire. They opened two shops in Mayfair and had a catalogue of over 1300 items. Between the 1904 and 1905, Dunhill introduced their ‘Windshield Pipe’, to help drivers combat the effect of wind and travel on their ability to smoke. This marked both the end of the ‘motorities’ focus and their entry into the world of smoking ephemera, and they shortly opened their first tobacconist in 1907 on Duke Street.
