This gorgeous vintage Bill Blass evening jacket is completely covered in mini blue, white and gold paillettes. The jacket has ivory braided trim and is open in the front. This would be a perfect piece to wear with high waisted pants, a skirt or over a simple dress. This fabulous cropped jacket was made in the USA of imported fabric.
