Brocade Hong Kong Jacket and Pants

About the Item

One of the best combinations we've seen for one of these vintage Hong Kong pieces from the 1960s. The brocade tunic jacket, in a beautiful shade of medium blue, has small flowers in pink, which complements the blush pink satin pants. A mandarin collar, shaped body, and three-quarter sleeves are feature of the long jacket, which buttons down the front and has bound buttonholes with self buttons. The tapered pants zip down the side and have small slits at the ankle; they measure 25" at the waist and 34" at the hips. The ensemble is tagged a size 8, but is more comparable to a contemporary 4.
