Japanese Antique Wooden Bowl 1910s-1930s Primitive Wabi-Sabi
About the Item
This is an old Japanese wooden bowl with legs.
The wooden bowl is dyed black.
It is likely that this was made as a manger.
However, there is no evidence that it was ever used, so I think it is dead stock.
The inside of the bowl shows signs of being carved by hand.
There are cracks in some parts.
This is a natural phenomenon of wood clumps.
I think it's beautiful, including that.
