Pair of Chinese Blue and White Lidded Porcelain Vases
About the Item
An exquisite pair of Chinese porcelain lidded vases, in baluster form and beautifully hand-painted with a traditional decoration of entwining branches of white blossoming prunus set against a deep blue background. The lids are close-fitting, with an a corn-shaped finial topping each one. Please note that there is some minor adhesive-based discolouration to the lids. This almost identical pair would add a dash of oriental elegance to any room.
