Antique Low Kang Chest with a Natural Patina from 19th Century China

About the Item

A Chinese 19th century low Kang chest displaying a natural patina and a light brown lacquer. This chest showcases a rectangle shape with an overhanging top and a recessed panel on its front. The wood grain is enhanced by the light brown lacquer highlighting the natural patina. The legs are well finished with rounded feet. The lid is hinged and features a Chinese ingot shaped lock.
