Old Japanese Modern Geometric design by a great joiner Paulownia wood drawer

About the Item

Material: Paulownia and Cherry Blossom This was probably made by a joiner. The grain of the wood on the front drawer is matched to create a checkered pattern. The bottom drawer is a dummy and is a large drawer. The size of the drawer faces has been purposely increased so that all the faces fit together perfectly. The dark cherry bark is used as an accent to create contrast. The geometric shapes are also skillfully assembled. Special metal fittings and side decoration (some parts missing) make this a unique and original piece. The right door of the silver folding screen style is a little stiff and difficult to open. *The openwork decoration on both sides is also missing in several places. *Some stains can be seen due to aging. *Although it is somewhat inconvenient to use, it is a very spirited piece of Japanese furniture. The product is assembled using 5mmt and 4mm plywood and shipped. Packing Dimensions 50 CM x 115 CM x 102 CM Weight 39 KG Notes *In order to build a relationship of trust, we ask that you communicate by email before purchasing.
