This mini stool from the late 20th century features a beautiful wood texture, crafted from a solid block of teak. Stools such as these were used on the Island of Madura by workers in tobacco plantations as they cut and trimmed harvested tobacco. Madura is located off the Northeastern coast of Java, Indonesia.
