Massive Vintage Chinese Coromandel Screen
About the Item
Massive vintage Chinese coromandel screen with measurements of 144"W x 96"H when folded out. Each panel is 18" in width. The screen can be folded closed for travel or storage taking up much less room. Please note that this screen is heavy and should be moved by at least two people.
This large vintage screen depicts a continuous, festive court scene with dragon motif borders and fan-shaped landscapes along the top. The entirety of the screen is painted black. The back side of this screen features floral scenes with bamboo. The legs of each panel are painted gold.
Please note that this screen does exhibit a few scuffs and chips along its edges, however this screen is in overall fantastic condition.
