A Finely Cast & Patinated Standing Bronze Figure of Guanyin, 18th / 19th Century
About the Item
The finely cast bronze figure of Guanyin - Bodhisattva Goddess of Compassion, Kindness & Mercy.
Shown standing atop a naturalistic mound on a scrolled rectangular base, wearing an outer robe with finely modelled cascading folds tied at her waist, and a beaded necklace around her neck. Her hair is in an upswept compressed bun, her face with downcast eyes.
