Trapezoid solid wood French roster / podium. Three-step stairs on each side. The center with double doors with carved recessed panels, opening to a shelf, and flanked by carved tall decorative scrolls.
Two books had been used as shim for a rear support. Lacking the back. With extra loose pieces.

Condition: Please see all detail photos. Time-worn overall with many stable age cracks and losses, the top surface very worn with long stable age crack, repaired inside left door. The aforementioned is for accuracy as the presentation is rustic and impressive.
