Pair of 19th century mahogany overdoor pediments A pair of mahogany overdoor pediments of architectural form, with classical broken arches and central plinths, over a dogtooth dentil frieze and cushion moulds. The central plinth could hold a vase or bust. These impressive mahogany bookcase or overdoor pediments came from a Scottish house, they are in the 18th century style but made for a 19th century house. Scottish, circa 1840 - 1860 86cm H, 216cm W, 173cm W at base, 25cm D. Priced for the pair. Please contact us directly for shipping costs, we are happy to quote and can be very competitive.
