Reclaimed architectural terra cotta stone building medallion. It displays the seal of the city of New Rochelle in New York state. The seal features a fleur de lis with 1688, a star with 1899, and the Latin "Nunquam Retrosum", which translates to "Never Back". Good condition with weathering and surface chips from prior use. One available. Please note, this item is located in our Scranton, PA location.
