Antique Dutch Walnut Tea Stove / Jardinière (Circa 1780)
Originally used to keep a teapot warm by the fireside, this Dutch walnut jardinière features slatted sides and a shaped circular base with boxwood stringing, standing gracefully on three ball feet. It retains its original brass liner and carrying handle, showcasing its timeless craftsmanship.
Ideal for fireside kindling, champagne chilling, or as a delightful plant jardinière.
Circa 1780, this piece exudes classic Dutch design and elegance.
Condition
This Dutch walnut tea stove/jardinière showcases stunning marbling in the walnut. While there is a split in one of the slats, it remains solid. Please refer to the pictures for details.
