About the Item

Modernist circa 1950s expanded metal hanging fireplace log holder. The circular shape is created by two squared metal rods with a circular ring welded at the top for hanging and the basket is constructed of an expanded metal mesh tapered at both ends. This design can also extend outside of its original use as a log holder for such things as magazines or towels to name a few. Resprayed in a flat black all weather paint for use either inside or outside the home.
