What a thing! This is one of, if not the finest example I have come across. Its a good large size, it will easily accommodate most large fireplaces, the seat pads are new, they have been upholstered in Premium Italian Russet hide leather, Russet is plain untreated leather which is significantly more expensive than standard pre-dyed hide, it is the traditional hide that would have been used in the Victorian era. After upholstery, the hide is hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed and finished
