A good quality Regency period brass and cast iron fire insert, circa 1810. An original of the English Regency period, this classic antique fire insert features a pierced brass fret and beautifully cast neoclassical decorations including anthemion and urns to the top and cameos to the base. Perfect for pairing with an antique fireplace from the Regency or Georgian periods or to bring Regency flair to a more modern setting.
