An architectural Carrara marble fireplace surround in the manner of John Vanbrugh. Made from solid blocks of Italian Carrara marble, with moulded dog leg jambs and simple frieze resting on plain square plinths.
Early 18th century in a style which today has a contemporary feel to it.
