American Pan of Rohallion bronze fountain

About the Item

American pan of Rohallion bronze fountain with a boy playing pipes, standing on a globe with nine fish spouts… The boy’s head is topped with the head of a lion skin.. and a lion skin wrapping around his body .. all in beautifully patinated bronze.. the original was sculpted by Frederick W MacMonnies for Rohallion estate in New Jersey.. the pipes and the fish are all plumbed for water to flow…any of these can be eliminated from waterflow to just have the pipes flowing…. provenance… The estate of Ronnie Hall… Of Stuart Florida… Ronnie Hall was the husband of Eve Johnson of the Johnson and Johnson family. it had been in storage for 40 years. The fountain is approximately 46 1/2 inches tall by 22 1/2 inches wide by 22 inches deep with pipes..
