Verdigris Garden Fountain with Lily Pad Foliate Motif c. 1950/1970’s

About the Item

Exceptional vintage garden fountain in spectacular patinated verdigris finish. The fountain is constructed of copper, having a basin base, and plant form vertical center. The center structure boasts lily pad leaves, and twisted vine like elements. The bottom basin shows an old repair, and some separation at its bottom, making this piece suitable for display only, please see images. The vertical post has a bowed bottom and must be set in gravel to stand correctly, this is by design. The basin could be restored to be water tight, but we are offering this item in as is, as found, estate condition.
