About the Item
An original French brasserie table, circa 1890, with a removable white marble top on a cast iron frame. The stone top has flat edges and a smooth, although patinated surface clouded with beige discoloration. Slender iron legs of graceful, Beaux Arts styling are braced with stretchers across the frame. This occasional dining table will make a lovely addition to a patio or kitchen. Yellowing and etching of the marble is consistent with age and type of use.
