About the Item
A fine pair of painted cast iron benches with wooden seats, featuring an oak leaf and acorn motif, dog head handles on the arms, and cabriole legs with paw feet. The pair date to the 19th century and are in very good overall condition, with one iron support separation, paint losses, wood fade, other minor imperfections, rust in spots, and patina expected from exterior use. Can easily be repainted. Dimensions: Each measure 37 in H x 58 in W x 29 in D, with a seat height of 16.25 inches. Ref: 8
