Beautiful and very rare pair of antique candlesticks in white patinated cast iron, XL size, France, ca 1850. Rare pair of high quality, the candlesticks have a beautifully decorated square base, fluted rod and a finish at the top that is reminiscent of a Louvre vase. In very good condition, beautiful age patina on the white lacquered cast iron, no cracks or breaks, check the photos for more details! Dimensions: 24x24x71cm Weight: 15.8kg/ piece

Large antique narrow gilded mirror from the 19th century, completely in classical baroque style, France circa 1870. The mirror still has its original mirror plate that is decoratively weathered and mocked, which is very desirable, the frame is decorated with acanthus leaves all around, mainly decorated very ornately at the top and bottom, unfortunately the mirror was once painted over with gold paint, which does damage the authenticity somewhat, under the paint is the original gold leaf. The back of the mirror is finished with planks, as was customary at that time. A nice extra is that the planks on the back are covered with antique French newspapers...
