About the Item

Wine press. Wood, metal. Spain, around 1800. Press to extract the juice from the grapes made of wood with two screws on the sides to manually move the plant part of the press located above, which also has a piece to fit into a container where to put the fruit. Also note the crossbars and legs to be able to transport it. This type of agricultural machinery was very frequent in the past, although it is still in small numbers because it has been replaced with the technological advances that occurred, especially after the Industrial Revolution. They were used both in monasteries and in other centers where grape pressing was carried out to make wine and other beverages. · Size: 180x270x305 cm International Buyers – Please Note: for those articles that need Export Permits (those older than 100 years), the obtaining of the Permit will be processed without additional expenses (if you choose the seller sends it to you), but the period for the obtention of it may vary from 10 to 35 days.
