About the Item

Green petrol screen by Mentemano Dimensions: W 196 x D 28 x H 181 cm Materials: Green petrol panel, Grey print, Black hinges The hinges allow the structure to take different shapes. Zefiro takes inspiration from sailing; all the elements are related to the image of sails on the horizon during a sailing race. Mentemano is a design concept brand leading to a precise matter: is the “mente” (mind) leading the “mano” (hand) to create a piece of furniture or instead the opposite, having the mind as source of inspiration to conceive the project? All products designed by Nicola Gisonda are influenced by a unique architectural perception and based on focus to materials, space and function. ? The collection is fully Made in Italy, working with local artisans from Lombardy region. High quality, Italian craftsmanship and lifetime allure are the key points of products by Mentemano. Nicola Gisonda Born and raised in Milan, Italy, Nicola Gisonda is an architect and designer graduated at Politecnico di Milano. His activity ranges from redevelopment projects to industrial design, from design concept development for public spaces to interior design solutions. During the last years architect Gisonda has been particularly involved in the renovation of abandoned industrial areas. Among his known projects, we find Officine del Volo in Milan, Italy. Nowadays a real key place of the city, completely restored according to Gisonda own project and born from the ashes of former Officine Aeronautiche Caproni di Taliedo, historical aircraft factory during World Wars time. His activity as a designer, in addition to collaborations with different companies of the interior design world, currently sees him engaged in the creation of furniture accessories for his own brand: Mentemano. An idea born from the desire to offer furniture pieces with strong architectural nature, defined by clean and minimal lines in which matter and function finally find their meeting point. Learn more.
