About the Item

A beautifully crafted and multifunctional teak planter table designed by Arne Wahl Iversen for Vinde Møbelfabrik in Denmark, circa 1960s. This iconic piece combines sculptural Danish modern aesthetics with practical storage and organic warmth, making it a standout accent in any interior. The table features a sleek, integrated planter box on one side and three dovetailed drawers on the other, all housed within a gracefully contoured solid teak frame. Its signature rounded edges, recessed pulls, and floating slatted shelf below highlight Iversen’s mastery of proportion and form. Perfect as an entryway console, media stand, or living room statement piece, especially for showcasing greenery, books, or objets d'art. The planter box is removable and currently filled with lush faux sedum and succulents for staging (included upon request or can be removed for shipping). The piece is in excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear and a rich, even patina.
