About the Item

A splendid pair of Andrew Handyside and Company of Derby, Victorian urns with the model number titled as ‘No1 Small Urn’. The urns display twin loped Satyrs mask handles and a decorative foliate freize to the deeply gadrooned bowl. The urns are finished on a raised socle foot and a symmetrical square base. Both urns display a beautiful crisp casting complimented with layers of ivory coloured paint and remnants of historical garden foliage only adding to the charm. Rare to find a pair is such splendid condition that display beautifully both inside and outside the home. Price is for the pair. Please note that the Urns are in sections for easy shipping. English, circa 1860.
