About the Item

A small sculpted ceramic dish that depicts a devil or demon emerging from a clam shell. Designed and made by the Danish artist and sculptor Karl Hansen Reistrup who was the artistic leader at Herman A. Kähler studio in Denmark from 1888-1900. Hand inscribed beneath its base: HAK (Herman August Kähler), Danmark. Measurements: H: 6.5 cm, W: 12 cm, Dept: 13 cm. Free World wide express shipping.
