About the Item

Beautiful small early Art Nouveau bowl, probably made of nickel silver. This bowl is a particularly rare find, as it is hallmarked on the base with B & G, which stands for the Danish porcelain manufacturer Bing and Grondahl. This gem comes from an old Art Nouveau villa on the German-Danish border. The delicately worked decorations in the form of leaves and thistles are unique. This small bowl is something special and hard to find on the international antique market. The patina is beautiful and reflects the age of this beautiful little bowl. Use the bowl as a jewelry tray or to present small delicacies. The light is beautifully reflected in this silver bowl. This Scandinavian Art Nouveau bowl from Denmark will surely delight you
