Olle Alberius for Rorstrand Mid-Century Studio Pottery Bowl



A superb Swedish mid-century studio pottery of shallow form in tenmoku and green glazes by Olle Alberius for Rorstrand. The heavily potted porcelain bowl is or wide rounded shape with a molded ridge design around the rim and with a central tenmoku round motif to the inner bowl within a mottled green surround. The bowl has similar glazes applied around the outer rim and has a brown matt wash applied to the base with incised Rorstrand marks together with an incised OA monogram for Olle Alberius. In excellent original condition.
