19th Century Terracotta Box with Dogs

About the Item

19th Century terracotta lidded box from Austria. There are two lovely molded dogs on the top, which are used for the handle. The base has a molded garden scene depicting animals and people interspersed with trees and foliage. Marked on the base EGW.
