Antique French sculptured sewing box in oak, ca. 1900

France / 1900 / sewing box / oak / antique / rococo A large French antique sewing box in oak hand crafted in France around 1900. This beautiful pieces has floral woodcarving on all sides. The natural grain of the oak wood adds warmth and character, making this box unique. The box is equipped with two wooden sewing tools and has a small compartiment on the right side. The inside of the lid has an inlay of luxurious red velvet to contrast the tones of the wood.
