This superb decorative Lucite lidded box was crafted in Italy circa 1970. The piece boasts a rounded shape, with a base in licorice black Lucite topped by a lid in crystal clear Lucite with natural rattan, wicker, or cane work embedded in the material. The box contains a clear, removable Lucite divider. This piece is the perfect accessory for any modern interior. There is no visible maker's mark.
The decorative box is in good condition. Minor stress crazing is on the edge of the lid, but it does not significantly affect the overall appearance. Check the close-up.
