This piece is made in lost wax cast brass with a bronze patina. The brass lid is covered in shagreen.
That box has been realized from a real scarab. The famous Hexarthrius mandibularis who is the world's largest fork-horned stag beetle.
The color of the shagreen is natural (our ref Antic).
This piece can be made in various shagreen colors.

We also frequently have the honor to work for multiple royal families in the Arabian peninsula. An important part of our activity is the manufacture of custom-made products for special projects.
