Rare and robust 19th-century security jewelry chest made of solid wood with metal reinforcements and wrought iron fittings. The piece features a solid rectangular structure, reinforced with metal corners and a front lock with an original key and security chain.
Inside, there are five removable drawers with ring-shaped metal handles, perfect for organizing valuables. The whole is protected by a thick hinged front door with an iron plate, giving the piece a practical as well as decorative function.
