About the Item

Pair of George III old Sheffield plate three light candelabra in the Adams taste. The six sided looped arms support fluted tulip form candle cups which center on a single candle cup of the same design. The entire armature is removable, leaving a repeat of the fluted tulip form candle cup on a waisted post over a fluted trumpet form candle stick shaft on a ring turnings mounted to a circular fan fluted circular base. England. circa 1780-90.
