19th century Italian large wooden hand carved candlestick originally housed on alters in cathedrals.
Originally painted white, the candlesticks now have a natural weathered patina.
Three footed with two facing forward more decorative, as was the custom of the day
Looks well as a grouping with S5568 and S5570
