About the Item

Pair of 18th century French transition Louis XVI gilt bronze candlesticks A baluster-shaped tapering fluted stem on a large round base and fluted plinth with pearl frieze. A cylindrical fluted nozzle with drip pans (slightly different from each other). The pair displays an elaborate chasing and gilding with mat and polished parts. Precise measurement: Height, 26,5 cm/Diameter 13,5 cm.
