1960s Jaeger Lecoultre Rue De La Paix Lantern Table Desk Clock 8-Day Clock

About the Item

Beautiful vintage Jaeger Le Coultre figural miniature street lamp clock for table top or desktop. It has been tested and it is working. This clock is in very good condition with minimal to no visible wear. Only the sign "Rue de la Paix" has some wear. It has a straight line lift, monometallic balance, nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, a silvered dial with Roman numerals and blued steel-pierced Louis XV hands all set in a gold metal case with lots of gold accents throughout. The dial is marked "Le Coultre, 8, Swiss at the bottom. This clock has an alarm function. This Jaeger LeClock is designed to look like an antique French street light complete with a miniature street sign reading “Rue De La Paix”. This street is a famous and fashionable shopping street in the center of Paris, France. It runs from Place Vendôme to Opéra Garnier. It measures: 11.25" high (28.5cm) x 3" (7.5cm) diameter base
