Chalcedony and Gilded Bronze Desk Set from the Duke of St. Albans

About the Item

A finely cased desk set in Chalcedony and the very finest gilt bronze. Made up of a letter opener, a seal and a pen. The leather case is lined in its original velvet and silk. The engraving on each piece of gilt bronze is outstanding. Note in the case reads "Chalcedony writing table set, from the collection of the Duke of St. Albans."
