Behind the name Migeon & Migeon is the artist couple Marie-Thérèse and Christian Migeon. The duo first evolved as jewelry designers for Chanel before asserting themselves in the creation of translucent resin objects under the name Migeon & Migeon in the late 1980s. Their works, including the Bénazir candlestick, symbolize the design of the 1990s.
