About the Item
Wonderful brass picture frame, France circa 1880.
Picture size: 5,5 cm x 8,7 cm.
The lettering “Trouville” can be found on the bottom of the frontside. The frame probably comes from the French village “Trouville-sur-Mer” on the Normandy coast.
The golden color of the brass with its warm sheen adds a special touch to any interior. These frames are often adorned with ornate decorations and intricate patterns that emphasize the character of the frame and make it an eye-catcher.
