Modernist hand carved wood and gilded picture frame w/ linen liner. The frame in original limed surface / the gilding showing some underlying red bole. Old paper label on back - Los Angeles Frame Co. - see img 5. Frame measures as shown in primary horizontal image 17 1/4" w x 15 1/4" h x 1 1/2" d. Rabbet size 8" x 10". Horizontal or vertical use - pictures 1 & 2. Great quality beautiful frame, Circa 1960-1970. Look at all pictures and read condition report in comment section.
