Elegant and abstract Bronze sculpture "Golfer" on a green marble base by Levan Vardosanidze, Georgia 1999.
The georgian sculptor, born 1957 in Tiflis studied at the Academy there.
He is considered one of the most important contemporary artists in Georgia.
The expressive bronze figure is inscribed with the artist´s signature on the reverse and dated from the year 99.
The "Golfer" is the sixth of a total of 9 sculptures created.
The golf ball is not shown on a few photos but it has been professionally reattached to the marble base.
Levan Vardosanidzes workschave already been shown at international exhibitions in Italy, Canada, Switzerland and Australia.
The beautifully patinated bronze figure is an elegant dekorative object.
