C. Jere Raindrops Tree Sculpture, Circa 1970, Signed.
About the Item
Authentic 1970 C. Jere Raindrops Tree Sculpture. Not a reproduction. The piece is made of chrome plated metal circles or “raindrops” welded to iron branches in the shape of a round topiary garden tree or shrub. This round ball like piece is then welded to an iron trunk. The trunk is then secured to a wood base that is lacquered black. The base measures 9”w x 9.5”d x 3” h.
The round raindrop ball measures 18.5” dia.
The over all sculpture is 49”h
The piece is signed to a brass plate that is secured to the wood base.
The raindrop chrome circles will be polished out. They are a little bit cloudy but not tarnished or oxidized.
