This a single piece of wood, expertly hand-carved in incredible detail with naturalistic carving of feathers, talons, beak and wings. The bald eagle is just landing and appears to be a living bretaing bird but made of walnut. This is an American Bald eagle and is perfect for the patriot in your life or any home that's needs some American design influence. The scultpure measures 54.5 tall x 29 wide x 25.25 and dates to the 1970s era and may have minor signs of age and chips here or there.
