About the Item

This antique bronze sculpture is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from Italy and date to approximately 1880 and done in the period late Victorian style. This well executed bronze depicts a young child draped standing on the shore, draped with a fish net with several large fish. The sculpture is quite detailed and stands on a pedestal base with decorative champleve panel accents.
