Lost wax bronze. Model of Auguste Moureau (1834-1917). marble base Patinated bronze with two children together, the boy holding some flowers. The piece that makes up this lot follows the models of Auguste Moureau (1834- 1917), a famous French sculptor who was known especially for his delicate and naturalistic works, located within the Art Nouveau trend, a style of which he was an important representative. He made busts, figures and small sculptures, and his designs were later taken up by many other bronze artists due to the success of the artist and the quality of the pieces.
