About the Item
Bronze with a brown patina, depicting Napoleon Bonaparte (1769-1821), wearing his famous bicorne hat, standing, his right hand in his waistcoat and the other behind his back, holding a document.
Napoleon Bonaparte was the first Emperor of the French from May 18, 1804, to April 6, 1814, and from March 20 to June 22, 1815, under the name Napoleon I. A controversial figure, he was responsible for the transformation of France. From the creation of high schools and the baccalaureate, to the penal code, the Bank of France, and the Paris Stock Exchange, he transformed France into a modern country.
This bronze will appeal, among others, to fans of French history.
