Early 20th Century Italian Hand Carved Alabaster Sculpture

About the Item

Early 20th century Italian hand carved alabaster sculpture depicting a pillow fight between two playful cherubs. The sculpture is finely chiseled and obviously the work of a master carver although there is no visible signature. The facial expressions, hair and bodies of the cherubs are carved in wonderful detail.
